John Johnson is the owner and inspector of Absolute Home Analysis LLC. John wants his clients to have the peace of mind that any inspection performed is done thoroughly and professionally. He realizes that the best advertising is "word of mouth" and he wants his clients to be completely satisfied with the inspection he performs. However, more importantly, John wants his client to feel safe.
The avenue to feel safe, starts with a comprehensive inspection that points out where defects may be, whether large or small. Special emphasis is given on safety issues and suggestions for corrective measures are always included in John's report.
John has been in and around the home construction business all of his adult life. He worked in building material sales for several years which included specialization in millwork. He has done some light construction and repair work while running his own handyman service and he has spent several years working for municipalities in a Building Inspector/ Building Official role. John has extensive knowledge of building materials, and the way they should be installed. John feels that these factors along with his extensive knowledge of building codes give him the advantage you need to feel safe and secure about the inspection he is performing.
